Fabian Harding

Fabian spent his early years in Canberra and moved back permanently in 2003. He has three children who are each on their own musical journey. He believes that engaging with music can positively shape individuals, fostering creativity, resilience, and a sense of belonging.

Fabian has a strong desire to make a difference in the lives of others. His professional experience spans both the finance and education sectors within the public sector. He has served on governance boards, providing strategic oversight and guidance, and has been actively involved in program delivery.

Fabian holds degrees in both engineering and science, which have provided him an analytical approach to problem-solving. He has also completed a Master of Business Administration, equipping him with knowledge in management, strategy, and leadership. This diverse background enables Fabian to approach challenges from multiple perspectives.
