Percy Bell

Percy Bell brings a lifelong love of music shaped by both family and performance. Having seen first‑hand the impact of community music through his children’s involvement in local choirs and bands, he is a strong advocate for inclusive, high‑quality music education. Percy is a tenor with the Canberra Symphony Orchestra Chorus and National Opera, and also performs as a guitarist and vocalist in contemporary settings. Professionally, he is a senior public sector executive at the Commonwealth Treasury, leading work on competition, digital platforms and data policy.
